The time in between meals with this product is a bit longer compared to the past when I found myself dipping to my next meal after an hour and a half :) I absolutely love this supplement because for me, it did everything that it claimed to do.
I've been taking it steadily for only about two weeks now and combined with a pretty good workout routine and diet, I've already lost 5 pounds. This supplement really curbs my appetite and cravings throughout the day, which was always my biggest struggle with weight loss. I don't find myself eating because I'm bored anymore. I find that I want to eat only very small portions.

Quantitative method Quantitive data are pieces of information that can be counted and which are usually gathered by surveys from large numbers of respondents randomly selected for inclusion. Secondary data such as census data, government statistics, health system metrics, etc. are often included in quantitative research.
A truly important point in the comparison between quantitative research and qualitative research is that the subjective participation of the researcher -- that is one of the most resilient objections regarding qualitative research -- takes place in quantitative approaches. The biggest limitation to quantitative research is data. A little is bad, less is worse. Worse still however is bad data, GIGO - garbage in, garbage out. Once you get the data you want, ensure it’s cleanliness, then you can start doing your resear.
Limitation in Research Methods All research has some limitations because there are always certain variables that the researcher is unable to control. Sometimes these limitations are more or less significant, depending on the type of research and the subject of the research. strengths and limitations of qualitative and quantitative research methods European Journal of Education Studies - Volume 3 │ Issue 9 │
